After years of being the little guy in high school, I was inspired to change. I started going to the gym and it wasn’t long before I fell in love with the confidence and motivation that exercising was bringing to my life. I also met some amazing people while working out. All of this started me on my path to become a personal trainer. I want to help others achieve that feeling of a better self and am grateful for the opportunity at 212 Fitness to do just that.

Everyone is capable of change. Fitness not only provides people with physical benefits, but also has incredible mental benefits. I look forward to working with you and using the knowledge and skills I’ve learned over the years to help push you towards achieving your goals and living a better life.
