June Instructor Spotlight - Lori

Lori has been a member at 212 for over 16 years. She currently teaches Mobility After 50 on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 10:15AM as well as Chair Yoga Mondays and Thursdays at 11:15AM.

 

Lori began her fitness journey over 25 years ago and successfully lost over 100lbs! She wanted to share her story and help others achieve their goals by pursuing a career with Weight Watchers. She has continued to be a leader with them for the past 23 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Throughout her career she has focused on how both physical health and mental health are the keys to success.

 

In her spare time Lori enjoys spending time with her family which includes 3 sons, 2 grandchildren, and 2 pups. She also enjoys a good book, bike riding, kayaking, and basically anything else outdoors.
